Method

1. Preheat your pizza oven to 400°C and ensure the stone is fully heated for a crisp base.

2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch one of our defrosted Caputo Neapolitan Doughballs into a round ten to twelve inch base.

3. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce across the dough.

Use just enough to add sweetness without overpowering the pizza.

4. Scatter mozzarella evenly on top then add your shredded turkey and crumbled stuffing.

Space everything out so it cooks evenly.

5. Slide into your pizza oven and bake for sixty to ninety seconds, turning as needed, until the crust is blistered and puffed, the cheese has melted, and the toppings are hot and lightly crisped.

6. Finish with a light swirl of cranberry sauce and a touch of rosemary.
