The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to flavours fresh & delicate. Orchard fruit & lightly-honeyed preserve the gentle floral & citrus notes and keep the notes on the nose and palate make it perfect as an apéritif, or with pasta & seafood dishes.
Macerating Pinot Grigio grapes with the red skin still on results in the delicate rose petal colour. With a splash of Pinot Nero, the red berry & cherry fruit flavours jump off the palate. Delicious as an apéritif or with fish & white meat dishes.
The Glera grapes are fermented at low temperature to keep the light, delicate pear, green apple & citrus character, typical of Veneto's conic sparkling wine. Perfect to celebrate any occasion, Salute!
