How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process all orders received before 12:00pm the same day. (Excludes weekends and bank holidays).

How will my item ship and when will I get it?

If your orders total weight is less than 2KG expect your delivery via Royal Mail.

If your order exceeds 2KG you should expect your order via FedEx.
