1. Preheat your pizza oven to 400°C
Ensure the stone is fully heated, so the base cooks quickly and stays light and crisp.
2. Stretch your dough
On a lightly floured surface, stretch one of our defrosted Caputo Neapolitan Doughballs into a round 10–12 inch base.
3. Par-bake the base
Place the stretched dough into the oven with no toppings.
Cook for 60–90 seconds, turning regularly, until lightly golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven and place onto a serving board.
4. Warm your toppings
Place 3–4 tbsp Nutella and Pistachio Creme into separate heatproof bowls.
Hold them near the oven opening for 10–20 seconds until loosened to a drizzle consistency.
5. Assemble the dessert pizza
Spread Nutella generously over the warm pizza base.
Drizzle the Pistachio Creme in a spiral over the top.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with icing sugar to finish.
6. Slice and serve
Slice immediately and serve while warm.
