1. Preheat your pizza oven to 400°C
Ensure the stone is fully heated so the base cooks quickly and crisps properly.
2. Stretch your dough
On a lightly floured surface, stretch one of our defrosted Gino Caputo Neapolitan Doughballs into a round 10–12 inch pizza base, keeping the centre thin with a slightly thicker edge.
3. Build your pizza
Start with a thin layer of turkey gravy, spreading it evenly across the base, just enough to add richness without overpowering.
Then add:
- A generous scattering of mozzarella
- Chopped cooked turkey
- Crumbled cooked stuffing
Space the toppings evenly so everything heats through nicely.
4. Cook your pizza
Slide the pizza into your preheated oven and bake for 60–90 seconds, turning as needed.
You’re looking for:
- A puffed, blistered crust
- Melted, bubbling cheese
- Hot, lightly crisped toppings
5. Finish and serve
Once out of the oven, finish with spoonful's of cranberry sauce and a scattering of fresh rosemary.
